iPad Demand "Has Shocked Us" Says Apple COO Tim Cook

Apple just reported monster 2Q earnings and shares are up nearly 6% to $258 in aftre-hours trading.  On the conference call Cook said there are no production problems with the iPad per se; but he says demand was much, much stronger than Apple had predicted - adding that the level of initial demand “has shocked us.”
