iPad Apps Appear in iTunes App Store

The first iPad apps are now appearing in Apple's iTunes App Store. The App Store section of iTunes now includes toggle buttons that allow the user to switch between iPhone and iPad apps. Currently, MLB.com At Bat 2010 is being featured as the "iPad App of the Week." Among the newspaper iPad apps that can be found are apps for The Wall Street Journal and USA TODAY.
